About personal data
This page covers the Avista help center, meaning the website you are reading. Avista Time i Norden AB is the controller for it.
What the site does not do
Section titled “What the site does not do”The help center is a static website. It has no login and no forms, it sets no cookies, and it loads nothing from third parties, neither fonts, scripts nor images. It does not measure visits and keeps no statistics.
Search runs in your browser against a prebuilt index. What you search for never leaves your computer.
What is stored in your browser
Section titled “What is stored in your browser”Two settings are stored locally, and only because you set them yourself.
- Light or dark mode, kept until you change it.
- Whether the menu is open or closed, cleared when you close the tab.
Neither contains an identifier, and neither is sent anywhere.
What is processed regardless
Section titled “What is processed regardless”The site is hosted by Google through Firebase Hosting. To deliver a page, Google receives your IP address and your browser’s identification string, the way every web server does. Google is Avista’s processor for that.
Avista keeps no request logs from the help center.
Transfer to the United States relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, with standard contractual clauses as the alternative basis.
The application is a different matter
Section titled “The application is a different matter”This page covers the help center only. If you use Avista Time at work, your employer decides how your data is processed there, and their information applies to that.
Contact and your rights
Section titled “Contact and your rights”Questions about personal data, and requests for access, correction or erasure, go to gdpr@avistatime.com.
You also have the right to complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
